Your role as an educator:
- You are a companion and source of inspiration for the children
- You encourage their intrinsic motivation and support them in their individual development
- You meet the children at eye level and actively shape their learning processes
- You work together in a team and contribute your own ideas to everyday life at the daycare centre and/or across departments
What you should bring with you:
- Completed training as a state-recognised educator, social pedagogue, childhood educator or comparable training
- Enthusiasm for working with children and a pedagogical attitude based on appreciation and participation.
- Interest in transparent, inclusive and diversity-sensitive work.
- Openness to a dynamic way of working and a desire for further development.
- Experience in open work
- Additional qualification for integration and language support advantageous but not a requirement
