For our Kita am Alex, we are looking for a qualified Early Childhood Educator (full-time or part-time) to join our team as soon as possible. We are seeking someone who brings professional expertise, empathy, curiosity, and a passion for creating meaningful educational experiences while helping us shape the future of early childhood education.

Your Responsibilities
• Support and encourage children’s individual learning and development
• Create stimulating and inspiring learning environments
• Build trusting educational partnerships with families
• Participate in parent meetings and developmental discussions
• Plan and implement projects, celebrations, and excursions
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our educational concept
• Participate actively in quality development processes
• Collaborate within a committed, multidisciplinary team

What You Bring
- A recognized qualification as an Early Childhood Educator (state-certified in Germany) or an equivalent recognized qualification in early childhood or educational practice
- A genuine passion for working with children and their families
- Interest in an open, strengths-based, and child-centered educational approach
- Openness to diversity and intercultural collaboration
- Enthusiasm for building trusting partnerships with parents
- Interest in educational quality development, curriculum work, and continuous professional learning
- Team spirit, initiative, and a willingness to take responsibility
