Kita am Alex
Located in the heart of Berlin, the Kita am Alex is a place for discovery and growth.
We follow an open concept: children play, learn, and explore in two age-oriented areas—freely, curiously, and independently.
In the Nest Area, we lovingly support 35 younger children as they settle into daycare life. We focus on their needs, creating a sense of security and trust.
In the 3+ Area, 65 children actively shape their daily routines—at their own pace, with ample room for their interests and ideas.
Our spaces are diverse and stimulating: there’s an art studio, a construction room, a living area, a library, and a children’s restaurant. In addition, we have a large movement room and an expansive outdoor area of approx. 700 m² for running, exploring, and playing.
A special highlight: our meals are freshly prepared every day—vegetarian and organic.
